It is the responsibility of the customer using emmilabel.com to read our terms and conditions. By using our website, you thereby accept all terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree to any of our stated term and/or conditions, we ask that you do not use emmilabel.com

Do you have a price adjustment policy?

As a small business we cannot offer price adjustments. If you purchase a product prior to a sale or special offer events, there will not be a price adjustment given after your order has been made. Thank you for your understanding.

How do your promotion codes work?

Promotional codes cannot be combined.
Any orders that go through will be cancelled and charged a re-stocking fee.

Do you offer shipping and delivery?

emmi ships worldwide. All items ship within 7 business days unless otherwise stated. We take every step necessary to have your order delivered within the appropriate amount of time. Please understand that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Weather, carrier disruptions and the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic may contribute to later than normal delivery times. emmi is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.

Customer is responsible for any Taxes, VAT, Duties and/or custom clearance fees charged upon delivery.

Can I buy a gift card?

A gift card is only redeemable through a single transaction through the emmilabel.com website. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for the remaining balance via our authorized payment options. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen gift cards. Gift cards to do not come with a warranty and the onus is on the gift card owner/recipient to take care of said gift card(s).

Do your garments have a warranty?

emmi products do not have any applicable warranties on any of its merchandise. If there is a problem, please let us know within our returns window.

Can I return an item?

You have 7 days of receipt of your items to place a return. The return posted date must be within the 7 days of order delivery. Your return will be processed as it was received. Orders will be refunded back onto your card.

Items must be in the original condition to be eligible for refunds. Any missing tags or signs of wear will be deemed as final sale and will not be issued a refund. Shipping charges for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be sent with a courier that provides a tracking service.

Tracking service must be used for returns. If you are shipping a return to us from outside of Canada, state on your customs form that your shipment to us is a return. Any customs, duty, or brokerage fees that we may incur due to improperly filled out paperwork will be deducted from the value of the refund/credit. A restocking fee of 10% of purchase will be deducted from refund.

As a small business it is difficult for us to accept returns or exchanges past 7 days of your order being reviewed. Thank you for your understanding.

All sale and or discounted items are final sale.

How can I care for my garment?

emmi is not responsible for any damage that occurs if care instructions are not followed. Please follow care label for best results.

Something to note - as with all natural fabrics, some fraying and shrinkage can arise. Do not pull threads, carefully trim off.
